About Us

We are the Ortiz Family! We moved to Bremen in 2021, our children all attend Bremen Schools and are involved in the High School Color Guard, Middle School Band, Recreational Sports, and whatever else they can squeeze in! We are also active members of First Baptist Church Bremen where we all thoroughly enjoy our time and fellowship opportunities.

Like many newcomers, we moved here for our children to attend the highly rated, Bremen City Schools, only to find out that there was no public bus service to transport our kids to and from school. At the time, it was not a huge deal since I (Susy) was working from home and would not have any trouble going back and forth. As the economy started to change, so did my business, but finding a secondary source of income proved difficult when having to maneuver around pick up and drop off times for the kids! As a result, BluRide Transport LLC was born.

Juan's background is in Law Enforcement, where he has 23 years experience and continues to serve outside of Bremen. He will be serving as a back-up driver if ever a need should arise. He is highly trained in emergency situations, CPR & First Aid.

My name is Susy, and yes at some point all of my children will be taller than I am! Currently, I run an online craft supply shop that caters to hair bow makers, t-shirt makers and other crafters. However, my background is in Education and Daycare. Over the years, I have worked in Daycare with all ages, I was an Assistant Director, Bus Driver and later received my Bachelor's to move into teaching Georgia Pre-K. Before moving to Bremen, I worked at our church's private school and taught Pre-K, 6th Grade Math and Spanish for Kindergarten thru High School; today I continue to teach English online thru VIPKID to students in China. Through all 14 years in Education, I have received numerous training hours for CPR & First Aid, along with other training including transportation safety; I will be serving as the main Driver for BluRide Transport!
